I for one will like to leave the company (it's quite reputable in terms of their industry) I'm currently working at for many reason, although, I benefitted quite a few things from them, I don't think I'll enjoy working there for anymore time more than necessary. I don't have a current view of where I'll like to be going next or really what exactly I'll like to do afterwards, but I must leave 💀

I get you, but imagine a scenario where because you fail you keep telling people to fail too when you could encourage them to try
